I don't have the game just yet (grr, gotta wait 'til Christmas...), but other people do. As of today it is available in all game stores across Japan.
Here are some things I have noticed through the wiki: - Crop system is similar to IoH and SSaF (darn...) - Most actions are done with the B button now. The A button is strictly for jumping. The "menu" will only display your rucksack; there are no earnings/relationship/status charts on hand (all charts are accessible through the bookshelf). - For other controls, pressing the L button(?) will toggle walking/running, and the R button will open up a tool selection window. - Schmidt and Kagetsu are marriage candidates. It is unknown whether there are two more, but it seems unlikely. - Most of the townspeople are already available, with the exceptions of Schmidt, Kagetsu, and 4 other mystery villagers. The methods to unlock them are currently unknown. - The save system is like the old HM games. When you start a new game, you pick the slot you want to use (2 total). You can only save when you go to sleep. You cannot make duplicate/backup files (my guess is that it was implemented because of the Wi-Fi...). - Everything is in real-time. Time doesn't stop indoors (not even in your house), or when you open menus. So far there's no way to pause the game (except closing the DS), so I guess it's something to watch out for. -Jumping into the water will drop your stamina, but sometimes you can find items in there. Like money, medals, stones... Obviously I'll have a lot more info once I can try this game for myself. But that's what I've gathered this evening. ^^' Rival Couples so far: Juris & Freiya Agi & Anemone Lloyd & Shelfer Dirka & Enju This post has been edited by Nurse Fin: Dec 19 2008, 01:15 AM |

I gots a few questions...
First of all... I have eggs and milk... but for some reason the kitchen won't let me cook pudding. When I click the recipe it makes that "NO" noise... and if I try to do it without the recipe it always fails... I dont understand why it's happening... ...and... The mayor sells the weird thing that looks like a black sheep wool.. it's called Toryufu or something... Does anyone know what that is? And also... can you plant trees/tea bushes right next to each other or does there need to be some space in between? thanks~ |

Thing the mayor sells are "truffles". You would use them for cooking. Spacing between the trees. The trees plant on a 3 X 3 square so as long as they don't overlap, then you'll be fine (I have 3 peach trees and 1 olive tree and did just that method). The "power-up" at the Bazaar is for preservation. I think (not positive) that if you get them all, the quality of your items NEVER decreases. For now, though, on the first power-up, I was able to keep paprika, eggplants, peppers, and sweet potatoes in my storage unit from the begging of Fall until near the end of Winter and the quality never dropped. |
