The Shining was an alright movie from what I remember, but again, I haven't read the book. It was pretty exciting? A little bit creepy.
OFOtCN was... oh man. I did a huge project on it for school where I "mapped out" Chief's insanity level based on his actions, with reference to what McMurphy was doing at the time. It was intense, it took me (well, and Fraser since he did all of the artwork) SO long to do. I got like 25/20 on that project. It was awesome. It was just such an intense book. I remember reading out sections of it (specifically the scenes that hinted at sexual abuse) and it just made me sick. |
