I've been looking up information about this for the past few days (it was only announced on the 23rd-24th), trying to figure out what this is.

I had this elsewhere before I realized I was dumb. I might still be, iunno. It seems Marvelous has this handy PDF with some information junk that could have some interesting information on Wind Bazaar. Maybe.
