I recently purchased Phantasy Star 0 and am incredibly happy that I did so. Free internet play, portable goodness, and they went back to the old 'beat' system of attacking. While the button mashing of the PSU world was growing on me, I'm glad to hear and see they are back to the traditional style (for those of you who don't know, think PSO).
The storyline so far isn't bad, and despite the overly cutesy anime style art, it's really not that bad visually. The DS handles it well. I'm fine with Blue Burst's Schtack server for now, actually. But is it really any better than PSO 1,2 and 4?

I wouldn't say better than, Len. I'd say more like on par with. I never played Ep. 4 so I can't really speak for that. By all means, keep playing the Schtack server. I can't so I needed something to substitute it.
