Haha. So what scents remind you of Harvest Moon? I only just realized today that some sort of milk and honey lotion reminds me of HM. I don't even remember having it (let alone using it) before (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif) No clue why it reminds me of Harvest Moon. Makes me think of Magical Melody <3

So how about you guys?

Scents don't remind me of Harvest Moon, to be honest. However, rainy and snowy days where everything is just gloomy really do :d Country music can also remind of Harvest Moon too.

Nothing really reminds of Harvest Moon. Strangley the oddest things will circle through my mind and end up coming out to being harvest moon. For Example:

Tree=Outside=Animals=Horse=Riding=Training Horse=Harvest Moon

It could even be something like a chair turning out to being HM. Then the rush sets in.

Teen Spirit. No, but honestly no smells remind of of Harvest Moon really. Certain things will spark Harvest Moon though, well now that I think of it. Fresh air from a breeze outside reminds me of Harvest Moon cause when I play in the summer lots usually my window will be open. I tend to think similar to Blanket though and then people end up commenting on how random my comments are.

I associate the smell of grass on the breeze with Harvest Moon, along with the sound of leaves rustling in the wind. I really don't know why.

Sometimes when I take walks, I spot mushrooms here and there. Some of them are pure white and sometimes remind me of the toadstools in Island of Happiness. Also, sometimes after it rains and everything is wet, the smell of wet earth and leaves brings to mind the wooded area by the waterfall in AWL.

No smells, but my friend's farm does every time I see the horses, sheep, and goats. Also random things, much like TB. Winter and Fall as well for whatever reason. Oh, and red heads.

If I go to a friends house or something, and they have a dog or cat that smells a little funny, or just generally like animal, I think of HM.

I always think of HM when I'm near a large ranch. The animal smells are very noticeable (especially if they have swine). I then think, "Hey, I'll bet my guy's farm smells just like that!"

It's not a smell, but I'm also often reminded of HM when I see a broken-down old house in the country... I think, "Hey, isn't that what my guy has to live in right at the start of the game?"

Too bad upgrades on houses like that are much, much more expensive in real life. =/

hmm... smells.... cant think of any, but then again, I have a cold.

somehow, the smell of icecream and such summer deserts reminds me of hm, because loads of the games I play are the ones with the summer beach shack in them. (HMDS/DSC, FOMT/MFOMT, RF, ect...)

also, cut grass, and the smell of earth you get after someone has been gardening, remind me of the girl versions of hm, but not the guy versions(?)

but, then again, its hard for me to say, im always thinking about hm!
for instance:
When im listening to music ~ "oh, this song suits _(HM Character)_"
when I am eating ~ "oh, this is _(HM Character)s_ favourite food"/"_(HM Character)_ doesnt like this food"
When I am playing with my old dolls with my 1 year old cousin ~ "hm, this doll looks like _(HM Character)_"

and that last ones pretty scary...
seriously, since when has Vaughn (IOH/SI) looked like a doll?! (it was a male doll, thank heavens)
it even had his awesome outfit (including hat!)

I should probably stop typing now, hehe...
