Chick medals are the only medals that don't have specifics. It's solely us admins feeling that you've "earned" one.

Or maybe you could award medals for drawing or stories and stuff in Any Colour You Like that you think is really good. You could even have special medals for taking part in certain events, like HMFGP. Be creative.
