Does anyone know about Now and Then, Here and There? It's some anime thing and it's actually really cool. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) I really have never gotten into watching anime, but this one is great. It's got a point to it.

But I doubt anyone has heard of it...

Is it based on that movie with Rosie Ol' Donnell?

Haha! No! It's really cool, you should watch it. There's only 13 episodes. It's like a really long movie.

I saw that series on Sci-Fi before it became SyFy.

It was okay, I had no sympathy over any of the situations that the characters embark on. Although, I'm really not a big fan of anime unless it's mecha-related; I'm down with the mecha designs.

Poopkeeper: Really!? No sympathy at all? None? Nada? I felt sympathy for a lot of those poor people, especially Sara.

Flapjack: XDXD Yeah, and my last one, probably. I just finished watching the last episode.

EDIT: Ahh, now I know why I like this anime. It's because it's VERY different from typical anime shows. It breaks free from the stereotypical type of anime shows out there. I would recommend you guys see it, it's really different!

Search the episodes online!

Didn't phase me at all since she was being a little snitch about it, blaming it on the main character for all her misery. That and the fact that the subject is not my kind of soap opera.

I tend to avoid irrational, inhumane activity/topics as much as possible. I intend to keep my simpleton ignorant sanity for as long any human being can.

Edit: To Oscar's question below this post: None of it because I have read those kind of exploitation in the past... Which were delivered in a much more emotions of inferiority, awkwardness, pity, indescribable anger, and finally emptiness as a result.

Poopkeeper: But she was going through a lot. How about the exploitation of the little kids? The cruelty of humans towards one another? The many deaths? War in general?

Lolz! I see. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

I dont think it break frees. It just doesn't enter it. The stereotype exist after the fact, not before.
