What should I do next?, chickens? marriage? more village construction? (roads) Options

Hiii,
erm.. I have just gotten back into playing the game and have unlocked all the main characters in late summer of my first year and am quite puzzled with what I should aim to do next.

I have been getting all of my money through foraging and intensive fishing! =3 ... which was great for unlocking sub-villagers.
I was wondering if I should get a chicken shed or an animal barn (cos I have no animals what-so-ever..except Ron my horse).. so I can get the recipe for boiled egg and go down in the mines to get more money... to get a greenhouse and make good quality crops.

But I also want to focus on getting wooing people in the game :(.. just stuck with what I should do first.

Any advice?

I would get a barn or Chicken Coop first then later focus on the towns people and marriage candidates.

Yeah, just go ahead and get some chickens first. And maybe start thinking about who you would like to woo later on.

Get a barn because you get a free cow if I remember right... D:

Then slowly buy some more animals and then before you know it you will be wicked rich and then you can focus on wooing because it's easier with your farm off the ground.
You should also try to get as many crops as you can growing. TALK TO EVERYONE.
