You need to have the third windmill unlocked. The recipe should be in that windmill

The recipe is Mint + Chamomile + Lavender, by the way. Some of them grow in different seasons so it might be hard to make at first.

If it helps any, Lavender I found during fall, mint and chamomile can be found spring-fall (I haven't hit winter yet).

I sold all my ingredients so I won't be getting to make that until Year 2.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif) ; Unless Chamomiles shows up again.

You can get mint and lavender in the winter, but not chamomile.

My second question is, how can I UNLOCK the second and 3th mil? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaexdee.gif)

how can I get pets?
do I need to build something or get grass?
And what do I need to do with the green bag that I recived from FELIX?

2nd windmill :on summer 17th
3rd windmill :on fall 20th
and you seem to need to have 4 or more of one type of livestock

The perfume takes forever to make (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lalaeyes.gif)

I just made some and BEFORE I blew in the windmill, it said it would take over 112 HOURS.

After, it was still long at 82 HOURS. That's for just 1.
