During one of Daria's marriage quotes she says,

As you can see Daria and Margaret look like they are related.

To answer Charmy's questions.
We don't know where RF4 is in the timeline yet. But if Margaret is Daria's sister then it is either before or after 3.
Raguna has only been seen in that comic, but no one has found a readable scan of it. We don't know what is going on in the comic because of this.

Anyway, there was no info on RF4 at the Nintendo conference. Not even a release date.

At least we have a general idea:

Okay, the main site updated with some big news.
An actual RF4 manga, not a crossover, focusing on the storyline of RF4 will be debuting on next month's Dengeki Maoh magazine, February 27th!

Also Hashimoto confirmed that picking one of the two MCs will have the other MC appear in the course of the game as a guide or rival to the current Selfia prince, and reveal his or her Earthmate lineage to the other.

The silver haired guy name is Diras/Dirasu?(ディラス)
He's really quiet and often his words are taken the wrong way.

The green haired girl name is Kohaku(コハク) Translates as Amber.
She is bright when it comes to nature and is unique. She likes being in the sun.

When we got some random baby name book at walmart a couple of years back we came across the name Ambrosia and for short it was common to call the girl Amber, so it's interesting her name translates to amber likewise. /filled up character count

Their're announcing that they'll keep regularly releasing information about the system and characters via the website (which they're about to fully open) and magazines. They're also confirming a July release date for the game.
