I used the name "Candy Ranch" because for my first file where I married Chase I decided to go with a "Sweets" theme for my ranch and animal names :3 Other themes I've used were Flowers and Japanese words ^^

I chose the Cats, Black Shiba, Collie, and Baby Panda :3 I <3 Pandas ^^
but in my current file I have the white and orange cats, the black shiba, and the white rabbit :3

Upgrading Simon's shop sucks >< you have to make 320,000g in "other" products for the 1st upgrade, and 540,000g in "other" products for the second upgrade. I found the best thing to do is get "Ultimate Rancher" each month so I can sell all the shortcake which comes to about 100k a month, not bad, since it took me a whole year to get 100k in "other" products with just selling the stuff I forage everyday.

Oh, I've been having trouble triggering Jin and Anissa's final rival event, Anissa is at 7 hearts and Jin is at 4 hearts. It's located at the clinic right? Does the time or day matter? I've been trying between 10:00-18:00

EDIT: Nevermind, I got it ^^; guess I needed a couple more points with Anissa, cause after I talked to her and gave her tea I was able to trigger it. It was on a Tuesday at 11:50

I hope not D: I've never had any issues with it before, but do you think it could be from being on too long? I always unplug it when I'm not using it because I've noticed even when it's off it heats up.

I've had 2 random "glitches" one was when I was in the mines, I was going up a level and then the loading screen froze and made this freaky noise, I had to unplug my wii to turn it off >< but that has only happened once, so I think it's random. The other was when I was walking through Fugue Forest, when I changed screens everything went black, but I could still run around, it was like I was running in nothingness. I had to reset my game to fix it :/ that has also only happened once, so I think it's also random.

I got the Tailor upgrade when I sold 100,000g Grand Total, not any specific category :3

I think the pets learn new skills over time. I've been doing tricks with mine at least once a day and now they are at level 3 tricks. I'm not sure exactly how long it took though, I think it's 1-2 weeks per level, but I could be wrong.
